Will studies that include a community health worker and/or patient navigator be considered unresponsive?

While studies only evaluating the role of a community health worker (CHW) or patient navigator (PN) will be considered unresponsive, studies that employ CHWs or PNs to deliver part of the intervention or follow-up may be considered responsive.
