Settings may include maternity care settings that provide prenatal, delivery, and/or postnatal care (e.g., obstetric, family practice, hospital, clinic, birth center, midwifery, community health center, and virtual care/telehealth). Pediatric settings may be proposed as well, as long as the intervention targets maternal health. While the delivery of some of the interventions related to social determinants of health may extend beyond the above maternity care settings to community settings (e.g., community-based organizations that provide comprehensive wrap-around services or address social needs, such as Healthy Start or WIC; health fairs; health coalitions; community events; faith-based/places of worship; etc.),it is expected that all study interventions will be initiated by and/or coordinated with the maternal care setting.
