Can the population be low income, limited English proficient Asian American communities? 

The specified population (and other populations experiencing different types of challenges) may be a focus of a study for this PCORI Funding Announcement (PFA)with appropriate justification, including documented maternal health disparities that are likely to be associated with social determinants of health. Study populations may be further defined by additional patient-level risk factors (such as hypertension, diabetes, substance use, obesity, etc.).
