Eligible community organizations are defined as any non-federal, non-academic, non-research organization that provides goods, services, support, resources, or advocacy to members of a defined community. Some healthcare delivery organizations (e.g., maternal health organizations, community health centers, community hospitals, federally qualified health centers [FQHCs]) may qualify as community organizations, if they demonstrate an ability to address relevant social determinants of maternal health-related inequities at a community level.
