Yes, this population is eligible and the research question for these individuals must still focus on this PFA’s domains of interest: (a) Maintain function and independence, (b) Facilitate chronic disease management, (c) Support individuals with significant functional impairment, and (d) Reduce caregiving burden and improve quality of life.
