Can The Study Focus on Obesity as a Chronic Condition? Is Obesity Considered a Multiple Chronic Condition?

Obesity can be a focus of the study, however, there needs to be another co-occurring condition as the funding announcements calls for a focus on different approaches to incorporating access to and use of telehealth to optimize the management of multiple chronic conditions in primary care, particularly among vulnerable populations.
