For Category 1 (measurement) projects, should projects focus on developing new measures, validating existing measures in a new population, adapting an existing measure, or another approach?

Category 1 Science of Engagement projects may focus on any of these areas. Applicants can propose new measure development and validation, validating an existing measure including in new population, or can adapt and validate a measure developed in a related area.
