How much can the project proposed in my application differ from that initially described in my LOI?

Applicants should not make major changes to their application, including to the budget, implementation approach, specific aims, institution, or PI without prior approval from the D&I program. LOIs are invited to apply based on the information provided. If you need to change any of this information or have any questions, email pfa@pcori.org.  Due to the volume of requests PCORI received, applicants should submit the request early.
