My LOI from the Cycle 3 2021 Broad PFA was accepted and I deferred to Cycle 1 2022. Will I still be eligible for a deferral into the Cycle 1 2022 BPS PFA?

Yes. An accepted LOI from the Cycle 3 2021 Broad PFA that requested and was granted a deferral into Cycle 1 2022 will still be eligible for that deferral under the BPS PFA.   

An accepted LOI from the Cycle 2 2021 Broad PFA that requested and was granted a deferral into Cycle 3 2021 and again received approval to defer into Cycle 1 2022 also is eligible for deferral into the BPS PFA.
