Can funding be used to support multiple convenings? Virtual convenings?

The intended focus of this funding announcement is for a single convening. However, multiple convenings will be considered with compelling justification.
In-person meetings with a virtual attendance component will be considered, but fully virtual convenings will not, unless adequate justification is provided.
