Are there any budget restrictions I should be aware of?

Justification must be provided if more than 50 percent of the total budget is allotted toward personnel and consultant costs.
Indirect costs (not to exceed 40 percent of the allowable direct cost base) should be included in the budget. If applicant organizations have a federally negotiated rate below 40 percent, the organization must use that rate. More information is available in the Application Guidelines.
