What information is required for the LOI?

Responsive LOIs will include the following information (see the Implementation of PCORI’s Major Research Investments LOI Template document for complete instructions and specific guidance for responding to each of the sections below): 

• Title of proposed implementation project 
• Eligible evidence proposed for implementation (see Evidence Eligible as the Focus of Implementation section in the PFA) 
• Objective and specific aims 
• Description of the multicomponent implementation strategy and approach 
• Description of the implementation setting 
• Description of the implementation participants 
• Description of the evaluation plan, including measurable indicators of success 
• Engagement  
• Project personnel
