Describe experience working with the target population, particularly in the role of dissemination and engagement activities, in the LOI and application.
Members of your target population should be appropriately engaged both in planning and executing the proposed dissemination initiative, and particularly in ensuring that evidence and strategies are tailored appropriately to the setting. Please describe the specific role and means by which they will contribute to the project.
If your project involves collaboration with additional organizations that are closely tied to your target population, letters of support from these organizations as part of the application are strongly encouraged.
