Will PCORI pay to change my flight on the second day of Merit Review if my panel ends early?

If the panel meetings concludes earlier than anticipated, PCORI will not pay for change fees for travelers to depart on earlier flights. Travelers can make changes but will be responsible for paying any change fee associated with the change.
