An individual from my organization is not visible in the PI and Contact Information dropdown menus. When I try to add them, it says the email is already taken.

The individual’s profile is not linked with the organization under which the application will be submitted. Please email pfa@pcori.org and provide the name of the individual and the name of the organization to which they should be linked. Please also include the individual on the email, as we will ask that they approve the change.
