Would financial incentives to patients to increase medication adherence be an appropriate comparison intervention?

Financial incentives to increase medication adherence would only be appropriate as a strategy with known efficacy that is being compared in the study. Please bear in mind that this funding program does not cover the cost of intervention, thus you will have to secure a different mean of supporting this financial incentive.
