When do I need to notify PCORI of the intention to request patient care costs for my proposed study?

We ask that investigators schedule a call with PCORI, by emailing sciencequestions@pcori.org, to discuss the request for patient care costs prior to submitting the LOI. Investigators should describe all patient care costs and the total amount requested within the LOI.
