Perspective of analysis means the data and analysis must match the level of focus. For example, analysis focused on a patient perspective will not include most hospital costs; likewise, analysis focused on a hospital perspective will not include patients' time off work. Awardees are encouraged to describe both their intended analysis and the data collection, explaining why and how they are from the same perspective of analysis.
