Am I able to submit multiple requests to one or both supplemental funding opportunities?

Awardees are permitted to submit a request to only one of the two supplemental funding opportunities per award (i.e., either the Patient-Centered Economic Outcomes Supplement or the Diversity/Equity Supplement). Furthermore, only one request to said opportunity is allowed per award (i.e., awardees may submit only one request to either the Patient-Centered Economic Outcome Supplement or the Diversity/Equity Supplement).
